Sean & Frances var så hjälpsamma. Vi fick tillgång till rummet tidigare. Det var så mysigt inrett i surfstil med alla bekvämligheter. Ute fanns utemöbler, grillspett och både strandstolar och parasoll som vi kunde ta med till stranden. Underbar strand med lite folk och gångavstånd till fina restauranger. Sean och Frances var lätta att kommunicera med och svarade snabbt. Kan varmt rekommendera detta charmiga och personliga boende.

The location for this house is incredible. It is just a 2min walk to the beach which was so nice to be able to come back to the house when needed from the beach. Extra bonus was that chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, a styrofoam cooler, a beach bag, beach toy bucket, and even sunscreen/aloe if needed were provided for guests. Lots of entertainment/games for adults and kids so we were never board. Easy walk up the street to get to shopping and dining. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at Sean’s place! It was clean and had such a vibrant backyard. Some of my friends met us at the beach and I wanted to show them the backyard which Sean was nice to let them hang out for a couple of hours. I shared them the information for this Airbnb because they loved it too! I think the only thing was backing out of the driveway on to a somewhat busy street. Everything was walkable so it was on a rare occasion we had to take the car. I loved this place so much! I already want to go back!

Sean was a very responsive host. Location was very convenient. There is a park right on the river 2 blocks away where we watched a rocket launch. Book this property for the Artemis launch! Description of property is quite accurate. The third bedroom (with the games) was perfect for our tween/teen granddaughters and it is in the back part of the house away from the other 2 bedrooms, which worked out great.

Multiple stays here. Always perfect. Clean. It is my favorite place in Cocoa Beach! Host is proactive and helped with a noisy neighbor and power issue due to a storm knocking down power lines close by.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve been too! So close to the beach with minimal people there. Lots of things to do in the area, clean and very comfy place. Definitely would recommend if ur in cocoa beach

Fantastic place to stay. It’s away from all the busy stores. Perfect location to walk to everything especially the beach. Nice and quiet if that’s what you’re looking for. This will always been my first choice coming to COCOA. Great people to deal with.

This is my Go To Air BNB in Cocoa Beach. It is clean, quiet, and close to everything. It's easy to get into, a very short walk to the beach, and a short walk to Downtown Cocoa Beach.

Booked a two night stay-cation and had an amazing time! It was exactly what I was looking for, super close to beach and restaurants. It was about a 5 minute walk from the beach with a bunch of bars, restaurants, and shops within a 10-15 minute walk. The place was great, there is a shared backyard space and everyone else staying there was super friendly. It felt safe and fun. All in all I definitely plan to stay again, the place was clean and while not huge was perfect for my boyfriend and I.

Great location for our group, within an hour drive of Daytona, close to grocery store. The place itself was clean & had everything we needed! The hot tub is a big perk. The hosts are always responsive & lovely to work with!
