Yet we’ve created 25+ chairs and 11 distinct seating areas, so there’s always a quiet corner waiting for you. Whether you prefer to gather with friends or slip away for a moment of solitude, the space adapts to your mood. The outdoor areas are the heart of the property. A colorful, welcoming patio and backyard provide room to relax, grill, and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Bright sunshades, tropical landscaping, and custom touches give the space a laid-back beach vibe — playful enough for photos, yet calm enough for coffee at sunrise or a glass of wine at dusk. House Rules Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 11:00 AM Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome but must be added to your reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash and under control at all times. Pets are not allowed to roam the property unleashed. Please clean up after your pets. Parking: Only 1 parking spot is allotted per reservation. If you have other vehicles we'd suggest that you use the Cocoa Beach public parking garage down the street, it's roughly one block away. This is for DAYTIME PARKING ONLY, no overnight parking is permitted in any a Cocoa Beach parking area. Visitors: Only guests on your reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Please reach out to us if you have any temporary visitors at the property who are not on your reservation. Smoking Policy: Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Shared Spaces: Be respectful of other guests when using shared areas like the patio. Clean up after yourself when using the grills or seating areas. Property Maintenance: The hosts visit the property regularly for maintenance and upkeep. Please let us know if anything needs attention. Guest Limit: The unit accommodates up to 2 guests. Parties and Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. Damages and Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay. Please leave the unit in a clean and tidy condition upon checkout. Local Laws and Regulations: Guests must comply with all local laws and ordinances during their stay. Cocoa Beach Lease Addendum: A laminated copy of the Cocoa Beach Lease Addendum is available in the unit and must be adhered to at all times, as required by Cocoa Beach city ordinance. Please review and comply with these regulations during your stay.

There is only one free parking spot designated for this unit on property. If for some reason you need to bring another vehicle, you'll either need to park on a side street, or in the Cocoa Beach parking garage down the street.

This was a very beachy space where you started to relax the moment you stepped inside. The location was ideal from the 3 minute walk to the beach to the bars and restaurants in lovely Cocoa Beach. I would recommend this to anyone.

Perfect distance from the beach and downtown. Was so nice to just park and walk to both places. The living space was super nice and as advertised. Really had a relaxing stay there! Will definitely be looking into staying here again! Thank you!

Great place to stay, close to the beach and walked to the bars and restaurants. Close to Publix to get a few breakfast items. Thanks for the kitchenette stocked with a fridge, toaster oven and beach cart and chairs and umbrella. Could’ve used a hair dryer but I air dried fine. Nice clean place with lots of amenities.

Went here with my mom for a girls trip/long weekend and had everything we needed. The place was stocked with carefully placed items such as soap and bug spray, beach chairs, umbrellas, and much more that made it a lot easier on us to feel comfortable and prepared. The location is very walkable to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. It is a safe area, very quiet. The stay itself was clean and well maintained. Will be staying again !
