Please clean up after your pets. Parking: Only 1 parking spot is allotted per reservation. If you have other vehicles we'd suggest that you use the Cocoa Beach public parking garage down the street, it's roughly one block away. This is for DAYTIME PARKING ONLY, no overnight parking is permitted in any a Cocoa Beach parking area. Visitors: Only guests on your reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Please reach out to us if you have any temporary visitors at the property who are not on your reservation. Smoking Policy: Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Shared Spaces: Be respectful of other guests when using shared areas like the patio. Clean up after yourself when using the grills or seating areas. Property Maintenance: The hosts visit the property regularly for maintenance and upkeep. There is only one free parking spot designated for this unit on property. If for some reason you need to bring another vehicle, you'll either need to park on a side street, or in the Cocoa Beach parking garage down the street.
