Across four units, we host only 11 guests total, yet we’ve created 25+ chairs and 11 distinct seating areas. Even when the property is full, you’ll always find a quiet corner to relax. As a guest of Unit 2, you’ll have direct access to the colorful shared patio, one of the highlights of the property. With vibrant sunshades, grills, and plenty of seating, it’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening barbecues, or simply soaking up the laid-back Cocoa Beach vibe. We’re also pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friend along (leash required). Clear guidelines help ensure the space stays comfortable and welcoming for everyone. Run and maintained by lifelong Floridians, the quadplex is cared for with pride. We live nearby and check in regularly, so you’ll always find it clean, well-kept, and ready for your stay. With its prime location, abundant seating, and unique outdoor spaces, this property offers the resort feel of Cocoa Beach—without the resort crowds.

While we respect your privacy, we’re close at hand if you need anything during your stay. Parking: One free parking spot is included with this unit.
