Pet Policy: Pets are welcome but must be added to your reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash and under control at all times. Pets are not allowed to roam the property unleashed. Please clean up after your pets. Parking: Only 1 parking spot is allotted per reservation. If you have authorized visitors during non-quiet hours you may be able to fit a second vehicle in the grass next to the designated parking spot for this unit. If you have other vehicles we'd suggest that you use the Cocoa Beach public parking garage down the street, it's roughly one block away. This is a residential neighborhood, please do not park on a neighbor's property. Visitors: Only guests on your reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Please reach out to us if you have any temporary visitors at the property who are not on your reservation. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Shared Spaces: Be respectful of other guests when using shared areas like the patio. Clean up after yourself when using the grills or seating areas. Property Maintenance: The hosts visit the property regularly for maintenance and upkeep.
