The Main House is the largest accommodation in our boutique quadplex, offering a spacious and comfortable retreat just steps from Cocoa Beach. From here, you can walk to the sand in minutes or head downtown to enjoy local restaurants, shops, cafés, and nightlife—all within easy reach. Inside, the Main House sleeps up to 5 guests with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, and a private in-unit arcade. It’s a great fit for families, small groups, or guests who want more room than a studio while still enjoying the laid-back feel of a boutique beach property. The full kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals after a beach day, while the arcade gives your group a fun private space to enjoy without leaving the house. Guests of the Main House get the best of both worlds: a dedicated outdoor seating area reserved for your group, plus access to the shared resort-style outdoor spaces. Across the property, we host only 11 guests total across 4 units, yet offer 25+ chairs, 11 distinct seating areas, colorful patios, grills, sunshades, and two hot tubs with 8 total seats. Even when the property is full, there’s room to spread out, relax, and find your own corner. The property is pet-friendly, with clear guidelines in place to help keep the space comfortable and respectful for all guests. We check in regularly, keep the property clean and guest-ready, and designed the outdoor spaces to feel welcoming, relaxed, and personal.
