The Main House is the largest accommodation in our boutique quadplex, offering a spacious and comfortable retreat just steps from Cocoa Beach. Unlike the other units, this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home includes a full kitchen, perfect for preparing meals after a day at the beach. The inviting living area is ideal for unwinding, and the private in-unit arcade adds a unique touch of fun for guests of all ages. Guests of the Main House also enjoy the best of both worlds: a dedicated seating area reserved for your group plus access to a shared resort-style backyard. With 25+ chairs and 11 unique seating zones, there’s always a private corner to relax. Colorful patios, grills, and open seating make it easy to gather for meals, games, or quiet moments under the sunshades. The property is pet-friendly, with clear guidelines in place to ensure a respectful and enjoyable stay for all. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 11:00 AM Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome but must be added to your reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash and under control at all times. Pets are not allowed to roam the property unleashed. Please clean up after your pets. Parking: Only 1 parking spot is allotted per reservation. If you have authorized visitors during non-quiet hours you may be able to fit a second vehicle in the grass next to the designated parking spot for this unit. If you have other vehicles we'd suggest that you use the Cocoa Beach public parking garage down the street, it's roughly one block away. This is for DAYTIME PARKING ONLY, no overnight parking is permitted in any a Cocoa Beach parking area. This is a residential neighborhood, please do not park on a neighbor's property. Visitors: Only guests on your reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Please reach out to us if you have any temporary visitors at the property who are not on your reservation. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Shared Spaces: Be respectful of other guests when using shared areas like the patio. Clean up after yourself when using the grills or seating areas. Property Maintenance: The hosts visit the property regularly for maintenance and upkeep. Please let us know if anything needs attention. Guest Limit: The unit accommodates up to 6 guests. Parties and Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. Damages and Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay. Please leave the unit in a clean and tidy condition upon checkout. Local Laws and Regulations: Guests must comply with all local laws and ordinances during their stay. City of Cocoa Beach Lease Addendum: A laminated copy of the Cocoa Beach Lease Addendum is available in the unit and must be adhered to at all times, as required by Cocoa Beach city ordinance.
