While the Main House does not open directly onto the shared patio, you’re welcome to enjoy the vibrant outdoor areas that include 25+ chairs, 11 unique seating zones, grills, and colorful patio spaces. To make things even easier, a seating area is reserved specifically for your group, so you’ll always have your own spot when you want privacy. We kindly ask that all guests respect the shared nature of the backyard by keeping noise levels reasonable and being mindful of neighbors, ensuring everyone has an enjoyable stay. The property is just steps from the beach and a short walk to Cocoa Beach’s restaurants and shops. We live nearby and visit regularly to maintain the property, so you’ll always find it well-kept. While we respect your privacy, we’re available if you need anything during your stay. Parking: One free parking spot is included with this unit.

The location for this house is incredible. It is just a 2min walk to the beach which was so nice to be able to come back to the house when needed from the beach. Extra bonus was that chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, a styrofoam cooler, a beach bag, beach toy bucket, and even sunscreen/aloe if needed were provided for guests. Lots of entertainment/games for adults and kids so we were never board. Easy walk up the street to get to shopping and dining. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Just stayed in the bigger main unit of this cute little beach cottage in Cocoa Beach with our dog, and it was spot-on for us! Location is awesome—only 2 blocks to the beach, so morning sunrise walks with the pup were a breeze. Place was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. The kids’ room even had video games and some cool old-school arcade stuff. Quick note: no direct inside access to the shared backyard—you have to use the side gate on the right. But the yard’s big, lots of seating, and fun outdoor games! We loved being able to walk 10-15 mins to restaurants, coffee spots, and bars—super easy to grab casual food or hit up a fun evening place without driving. All in all, a great pet-friendly family spot with solid beach access, thoughtful touches, and that chill coastal vibe. We’d book again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend for families wanting comfort + convenience in Cocoa Beach.

Loved how close the location was to the beach and the downtown area. Depending on the time of day, there could be a bit of traffic on the road requiring a few extra minutes to drive off property. We didn’t need to drive too much though since the downtown area has excellent restaurants and of course The Fat Donkey for ice cream!
