With only 11 guests across 4 units, yet more than 25 chairs and 11 distinct seating areas, there’s always a spot to relax in peace. As a guest of Unit 3, you’ll have access to the colorful shared patio, one of the highlights of the property. Outfitted with sunshades, grills, and comfortable seating, it’s a lively and welcoming space—perfect for morning coffee, evening barbecues, or simply unwinding in the warm Florida air. The quadplex is also pet-friendly, with clear guidelines in place so that all guests, and their furry companions, can enjoy their stay respectfully. Maintained by lifelong Floridians who live nearby, the property is kept clean, comfortable, and guest-ready at all times. Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Pets are welcome but must be added to your reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash and under control at all times. Pets are not allowed to roam the property unleashed. Please clean up after your pets. Parking: Only 1 parking spot is allotted per reservation. If you have other vehicles we'd suggest that you use the Cocoa Beach public parking garage down the street, it's roughly one block away. This is for DAYTIME PARKING ONLY, no overnight parking is permitted in any a Cocoa Beach parking area. Visitors: Only guests on your reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Please reach out to us if you have any temporary visitors at the property who are not on your reservation. Smoking Policy: Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Shared Spaces: Be respectful of other guests when using shared areas like the patio.
