We were in the area for my kids softball tournament that ran from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon… unfortunately we only got to enjoy about 10 hours total the entire weekend at the air b&b and that was definitely spent sleeping lol. Place was clean and as described tho. Zero complaints and communication from host was great. I felt bad because I stayed so busy I never replied to his messages until after we checked out. Definitely would stay again.

The host was responsive to my messages, the place was as described. We stayed here to go to Kennedy Space Center, and we ended up seeing a shuttle launch from the Hot Tub on the second night! Would definitely stay again.

Not for once I felt like I was in a duplex upon arrival there was multiple coronas outside but that was nothing ,hot tub was 10/10 atmosphere /game room pool table ,washing machine very clean if your deciding on this place I would recommend thank you very much for letting us stay at your home !

Such an amazing spot! Such a great outdoor space and the apartment was cozy yet spacious. Overall in the perfect location. Nothing bad to say about it except that we hope to be back!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The beach was right around the corner and the property was very close to downtown Cooca Beach. My kids loved the games in the 2nd bedroom. The backyard was cool too.

Great place for a comfortable stay! Very responsive and checked in even when not asking a question just to make sure we were good! Could not be in a better spot either!

We loved the place and the fun back yard. It poured on the first day of our stay but would come back when the weather is better. Super responsive host and place is well stocked and super clean. Highly recommend this cute beach place. Only one block from the beach and walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Sean and Frances were the warmest and attentive hosts we ever had. They were on top of everything and made my family feel welcome and taken care of. Even when we had an issue with the car we rented they jumped in to help us no questions asked. Their place is beautiful and the location is really close to the beach so if you're staying just a few days don't miss the ocean and you even may see a rocket launch! Keep in mind this unit has no windows, if that's important for you.

Sean’s place was so cute ! We loved the outdoor space ( especially the corn hole game) very colorful and well thought out ! Only a 8 min walk to Coconuts. We would definitely go there again !
