Great place to stay, perfect size for two people, amazing location close to everything. Nice patio to sit in and relax. Very responsive host, Sean also made sure to ask if there was anything we needed. We definitely book again.

Great place to stay, close to the beach and walked to the bars and restaurants. Close to Publix to get a few breakfast items. Thanks for the kitchenette stocked with a fridge, toaster oven and beach cart and chairs and umbrella. Could’ve used a hair dryer but I air dried fine. Nice clean place with lots of amenities.

Went here with my mom for a girls trip/long weekend and had everything we needed. The place was stocked with carefully placed items such as soap and bug spray, beach chairs, umbrellas, and much more that made it a lot easier on us to feel comfortable and prepared. The location is very walkable to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. It is a safe area, very quiet. The stay itself was clean and well maintained. Will be staying again !

The Airbnb was absolutely perfect—just as described! It had so many thoughtful touches I didn’t even realize I’d need, like makeup wipes. I also forgot to pack beach towels, and they had some available, which was such a relief. I brought my dogs along, and everything was incredibly pet-friendly and comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back! As a bonus, it was only a 45-minute drive to Disney, so we ended up making a trip there too!

Sean’s place was great! It was walkable to beach access, bars and restaurants. Close to trolly and bus routes to explore Cocoa! Arcade was also a great little quiet retreat! The outdoor shower and foot rinse was perfect to de-sand! The video games were awesome! Arcade has everything you could possibly need, even things you might have overlooked (kudos for the sunscreen) !!! It was the perfect place to cool off and relax! Would definitely stay again! Outstanding location, easy walk to the beach with multiple different restaurants nearby. The AirBNB is seated in a residential area, which means the beach is much less crowded than what it would be around condos. The hosts are very quick to respond and easy to work with. 10/10, would stay again!

This is a perfect getaway for a couple. 5 minute walk to the beach with no one around. We were able to watch the sunrise together and relax on the beach all by ourselves. Cute patio and everything you needed to grill was there.

The neighborhood was great.. Sean’s place was clean, secure, and there were plenty of restaurants within a few blocks. The Salty Bagel was a family favorite for breakfast. Sean provided umbrellas and other items to take to the beach. The arcade game featuring Ms. Pac-Man, Dig Dug, and other classics was a great evening activity.

First and foremost the Host was amazing and flexible when it come to check in. once I walked through the door the place was perfect, all the things I needed for a great weekend. I will definitely stay here again. side note the rocket launch at 1230 at night shook the house, but im a kid at heart and ran outside to watch. so if you or your family is into NASA, this is another perfect place to stay. thanks again for the great stay, see you next time!!!!

This place was perfect for a weekend beach getaway! Great, super walkable distance to the beach in a more residential part so way less crowded! Will definitely stay here again when back in Cocoa Beach! Host was very responsive and had beach chairs and towels waiting in the unit for us to use.
