This was a very beachy space where you started to relax the moment you stepped inside. The location was ideal from the 3 minute walk to the beach to the bars and restaurants in lovely Cocoa Beach. I would recommend this to anyone.

Description is on point for this unit.. and did not disappoint. Very clean, nice, quiet, and peaceful place.. the bed was very comfortable, the arcade was very entertaining for us… we even played kids game, like operation. The hosts have put a lot of thought and pride into making this a home away from home. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to stay for a longer time..

Honestly one of my favorite stays. They had everything you needed and more. Everyone was happy from the babies to the adults, with the game room, hot tub and great showers. We loved this place, can’t say enough good things!

Perfect distance from the beach and downtown. Was so nice to just park and walk to both places. The living space was super nice and as advertised. Really had a relaxing stay there! Will definitely be looking into staying here again! Thank you!

So glad I chose this place as our homebase for our first trip to Florida. Couldn’t be happier, felt right at home, clean and stocked with plates and cookware. Also walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. Highly recommended!! Thank you Sean!!

Sean’s place was wonderful! We enjoyed it so much that we booked it a second night, when we had originally only booked it for one night. It was very easy to find with clear, easy check in instructions. The location is perfect! A very short walk to the beach and downtown cocoa beach. The Airbnb was very clean and cozy with a nice backyard space. There were beach chairs and umbrellas available for us to use at the beach. Sean was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Sean's place was very nice. The patio area is very colorful and inviting. It is conveniently located 2 blocks away from downtown cocoa beach which makes it a very short walk. The place was very clean and had good working AC. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay at this location. Sean was very responsive. We had a few glitches with the internet, but he responded quickly with solutions that worked. We were within walking distance to my sister house, which made getting our families together so easy! We did t use the fire out or hot tub because it was WAY to hot outside, so maybe next time. We would definitely stay again! Thanks, Sean!

Great place to stay, perfect size for two people, amazing location close to everything. Nice patio to sit in and relax. Very responsive host, Sean also made sure to ask if there was anything we needed. We definitely book again.
