Me encanto el lugar! Cerca de muchos restaurantes y bares pero a la vez muy tranquilo. El lugar era limpio, ordenado y tenía un patio común muy bonito desde donde pude ver un cohete. Lo único que le faltaría es una cocinilla pero en general excelente muchas gracias por todo Sean!

Multiple stays. Always enjoyed staying here. It is consistently excellent and I hope to visit many times in the months to come. Beach is one block away. 10min walk to numerous places to eat and drink. Quiet too when it’s time to sleep!

Sean's rental space was convenient for me and very clean… The location was great for where I needed to get to and was close to downtown and restaurants, etc.… The beach was only a five minute walk if even that… Thank you for allowing me to stay at your place

Loved how close the location was to the beach and the downtown area. Depending on the time of day, there could be a bit of traffic on the road requiring a few extra minutes to drive off property. We didn’t need to drive too much though since the downtown area has excellent restaurants and of course The Fat Donkey for ice cream!

The location is PERFECT for walking to everything! A block from the beach and an easy 10 min walk to downtown Cocoa Beach! Everything was amazing, super easy to find and were able to get an early check-in. We will absolutely be back.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The host were kind and hospitable. I was staying alone for a work trip, and I felt safe and comfortable! If I am ever back in the area, I will definitely be looking up Sean's place again to stay.

Exactly as described. Loved the little touches and details (LED lights and sound machine). The little amenities were very helpful; there was nothing we needed to buy to stay there. Backyard was playful with a touch of whimsy. We would definitely stay again.

This is the third time I have stayed with Sean because the place is relaxing, convenient, and the perfect place to escape to. The stay was perfect and absolutely effortless. The best part is working out in the morning on the beach and watching the sun rise.

It is the cutest ever!!! We loved everything about it There isn’t a washing machine or dryer which I forgot to look for when booking but other than that it was perfect!!!
